For that purpose, even within the same language, we use different translators for projects from different countries. We strive to ensure not only precision and accuracy in translated text, also that cultural requirements are met for each country. We have a database of continuously updated glossaries for each client and their fields of interest. Most of our translators are members of either Canadian or American professional translators' associations, such as ATIO or OTTIAQ.

Apart from commonly used software programs such as MS Office, Corel Suite, Lotus Smart Suite, we will also meet your foreign language needs using desktop publishing applications such as MS Publisher, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe PageMaker, Quark Xpress and other programs on the Windows platform.
We also have extensive experience in migrating translated text into Internet- and Intranet-based environments. Our technical expertise includes Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Dynamic HTML (DHTML), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Extensible Style Language (XSL), XSL Transformation Language (XSLT), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Javascript, Perl, Active Server Pages (ASP), Visual Basic and C++/MFC, as well as such software tools as Microsoft's Visual Studio, Macromedia's Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks and Director and Adobe's Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop. We can also work with your database applications such as Access, Oracle and SQL Server either directly or via a scripted web interface.

We offer other foreign-language services such as corporate video recording in all languages, proof-reading, revision and writing in a variety of fonts, such as Russian and Arabic.

Security and Confidentiality
Security and confidentiality are our top priorities. At the beginning of each project, all our employees and contractors sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. All employees and most contractors have security clearance at the 'enhanced" level or higher. Our premises are monitored electronically. Materials are destroyed by shredding or returned, as requested. |
